Esta simple acción que hacemos en clase luego del “Ladybug Hello” es ideal para enseñarle a nuestros chiquis sobre conceptos musicales básicos a través del juego, como el registro (agudo, grave), el tempo (rápido, lento), el volumen (vol. alto, vol. bajo) y duración (corto, largo). 

Además ayuda a desarrollar la flexibilidad cognitiva; o sea, la habilidad de ajustar nuestro comportamiento y pensamiento en respuesta a nuestro medioambiente inmediato. Esto es bien beneficioso para los peques, e incluso para los adultos, porque nos ayuda a entender que las cosas se pueden ver, oír, etc. un poco diferentes y a ajustarnos a los cambios; por lo tanto, desarrollamos la habilidad de adaptarnos a, y tolerar, aquello que no es como lo creemos o conocemos.

This simple action that we do after our “Ladybug Hello” is ideal to teach little ones about basic music concepts through play, like pitch (high, low), tempo (fast, slow), volume (loud, soft), and duration (short, long).

In addition, it helps develop our cognitive flexibility, which is our ability to adjust our behaviors and thoughts in response to our immediate environment. This is really beneficial for our little ones, and also for the adults, as it helps us understand that things can look, or sound, etc., a bit different and to adjust to the changes; hence, we develop the ability to adapt to, and tolerate, that which is not how we believe or know it to be.
